| 摘 要： | 本试验选用室温贮藏4a、3a和2a的番茄种子，对其发芽率、种子活力、逆境前发和幼苗田间生长等进行了综合测试，以检验种子的劣变进程及种子质量．试验结果表明，番茄种子室温贮藏4a，种子质量显著劣变，种子生活力及活力显著低于贮藏2～3a的种子，田间幼苗生长势下降，畸形苗及小苗比例增加。对番茄种子质量进行检验，逆境发芽试验及人工加速老化试验是较为敏感的指标。

| Abstract: | This experiment studied the viability and vigor changes of tomato' seedsof 2, 3 and 4 years storage. Low temperature germination and seedling field establishment tests were used to assess seed deterioration process. The results indicated that seedgermination, vigorlevel and seedling growth potential were markedly reduced for seedsof 4 years storage. Meanwhile the results showed that low temperature germination andartificial acceleratedaging tests were senitive traits for testing of seeds puality in tomato' |
