| 摘 要： | 森林生态采伐对森林的资源质量、生态环境、环境服务功能和森林生态系统的整体效益的影响具有积极或消极的2种属性，对其属性和影响程度的判别需通过科学的系统评价来完成，森林生态采伐系统评价模型研究正是解决森林生态采伐系统评价问题的关键。本文运用多层次模糊评价的方法建立了森林生态采伐系统评价的数学模型。为解决森林生态采伐系统评价这一复杂问题提供厂1种科学、有效的评价方法和工具。

| Abstract: | Forest ecological harvesting has double attributes, active or negative, which impacts on the resource quality, ecological environment, function of environmental services and system benefits of forest.How to judge the attributes and affecting degree must be completed by scientific system evaluation. The key to resolve the problem is to study the evaluation model of forest ecological harvesting. In this paper, the model was set up by using system theory and fuzzy evaluation method so that it can also be used as a scientific means to evaluate ecological harvesting of forest. |
