摘    要:本研究通过对三七病株和正常植株根际土壤微生物作定性和定量分析研究,找出了二者间土壤微生物量变化特征的差异性,界定出了主要病原微生物类群,结果表明:导致三七根腐病的病原菌,除已报道的细菌中的假单胞细菌外,还与霉菌、放线菌及细菌中的厌氧生长菌有密切关联;霉菌和放线菌也是导致三七根腐病的主要病原菌,霉菌中的毛霉、木霉、青霉、曲霉、根霉是病株根际土壤霉菌生物量增加的主要菌群体,占霉菌生物量总数的65.33%。

Abstract:This paper studies the number analyses of rhizome-microorganism in soil between diseased and healthy panax notoginseng, finds the different characteristic number between them, and defines the main pathogen. The result shows that the root-fomes not only has relation to pseudomonas which has reported before but also has close relation to mould, aetinomyeetes and anaerobes. Mould and actinomyeetes also play main roles in root-fomes of panax notoginseng. The increase of mucor, trichoderma, penicillium, aspergillus, rhizopus lead to the increase of mould biomass around the root of panax notoginseng, they take up 65.33% in total mould.
