| 摘 要： | 在村镇建设中土地利用存在的问题有:观念、空心村、非法占有土地等问题。本文对这些问题进行分析,提出在村镇建设中应采取转变思想观念,大力宣传本地法规知识,坚强村镇建设;村镇适当集中建设;住宅向多层发展;加强在村镇规划实施和管理等对策措施,从而达到合理利用和保护土地的目的,促进城镇土地集约利用和持续发展。

| Abstract: | There exist problems in the rural construction,such as sense,unnecessarily and illegelly occupation of the limited land resources.Through the analylist of all these problems,some strategy is proposed,including reforming sense,reasonably use and protection of rural land,promotion of concentrated usage and sustainable development and so on. |
