论企业发展的人才战略

摘    要:随着市场竞争的日趋激烈,人已成为实现企业战略目标的一个关键因素,成为最具开发价值的资源,企业同员工的关系也正由员工服务于企业,向企业与员工同步发展乃至企业服务于员工的关系转变。在此思想指导下,从四个方面阐述了员工职业生涯开发与管理和企业人才战略的关系,并提出:以破除企业人力资源管理中的“官本位”,体现“以人为本”理念的员工职业生涯开发与管理正成为人才管理、实施企业人才战略的核心内容。

Abstract:With the continuous competition of the market,the human resources have become the key which can realize the enterprises' strategic goals and as well is worth developing.The relationship between the enterprises and the staff is changing from the staff's serving the enterprises to equal development.The article is focused on this idea to set forth the development of the staff's professional career and the relationship between the management and the enterprises' human resources basing on the four items,as well pointing out: to clear up the idea."officers are important" in the human resources management,realizing the idea "human resources are the most important" in the professional career's development and management is becoming the key points of the human resources' management and strategics.
