农村失信行为的原因分析及对策探讨

农村失信现象与现代经济是不相适应的,如果解决不好,将严重影响社会主义新农村建设的进程。针对农村的失信行为,从农村的诚信制度、信用制度、失信惩罚机制、政府行为的视角来分析农村失信的内在原因,进而提出在信用文化、市场信息、基层行政建设的层面上完善农村的诚信环境。

On the reason for rural dishonesty behavior and its solution

Rural dishonesty and modern economy are incompatible,which would have a bad influence on the new rural construction of socialism if it is not properly solved.To this question,this paper will try to analyze the inner reasons for rural dishonesty from the view points of rural honesty system,credit system,punishment system for dishonesty and the government's actions.This article also proposes that the environment of honesty in the countryside should be improved on the aspects of credit culture,market information and administrative construction of the basic level.
