加强高校大学生心理健康教育对策研究

加强大学生心理健康教育对于高校培养高素质人才有着重要的意义和作用,对大学生心理健康现状、影响大学生心理健康的原因进行了分析,并从转变观念,切实加强大学生心理健康教育工作;加强培训和培养,建立一支强有力的专兼职心理健康教育师资队伍;加强网络体系建设,建立大学生心理健康档案,构建大学生心理问题高危人群预警机制;加强校园文化建设,创建良好的心理健康教育氛围5个方面提出了加强高校大学生心理健康教育的对策。

A research on countermeasurs to enhance the education of undergraduates' mental health

Enhancing the education of undergraduates' mental health is of great importance and effective to cultivate talents with high quality in universities. This paper gives an analysis on the present situation of undergraduates' mental health and the causes of influencing their mental health, and puts forward such five measures of enhancing the education of undergraduates' mental health as transforming the conception and enhancing the education of undergraduates' mental health, enhancing training and cultivation and constructing a qualified teaching staff of full and part time for the education of mental health, enhancing the construction of network systems and ensuring the work of the education of undergraduates' mental health well done, making the psychological diathesis archives and some early-warning systems for the students with poor psychological quality, and enhancing the college campus culture construction and making a good atmosphere for the education of mental health.
