摘    要:酶工程的发展是迅猛的,无论在理论上和应用上都取得了很大的革命性成效。《酶工程》是高校生物技术专业的重要专业课之一,如何使酶工程的教学跟上国际步伐、符合国内新需求,培养优秀的技术人才,是目前《酶工程》教学环节急需解决的问题。结合工作实践,从合理选择教材、优化教学内容、讨论式教学、强化实验课建设等多方面进行了深入探讨。

Abstract:Nowadays, the development of Enzyme Engineering becomes faster and faster. It has great changes both in the filed of theory and application. Enzyme Engineering is a high school professional course in the biology technology. It is an exigent problem in order to keep up with the international steps, to accord with the need of the nation. Combing our teaching practice, we show our viewpoints in some aspects, such as the reasonable selection of teaching materials, the optimized designs of teaching contents, seminar classes and intensifying the experiments, etc.
