| 摘 要： | 良好的教风是一种巨大的精神力量,具有熏陶、激励和约束功能,不仅对高等学校教育教学效果起着直接的决定性作用,而且对学校办学思想的形成、培养目标的实现都会产生促进和推动作用。针对目前高校校风建设中存在的教师缺乏责任感、治学态度不严谨等问题,指出应通过引导教师树立正确的事业观,加强教师业务素质的培训,营造良好的教风建设环境,强化教学管理来提高教师的教学质量和教学水平,从而加强教风建设。

| Abstract: | The good style of teaching is a kind of great power,which has the function of inspiration and restriction.It has direct influence on teaching level and accelerates the formation of school ideas.There are some problems in constructing teaching-style in universities and colleges such as absent responsibilities,imprecision in attitudes.In this paper,the author puts forward some suggestions by building up correct attitude,accelerating teaching training,constructing good environment,enhancing teaching management,aiming at improving the teaching quality and teaching level. |
