| 摘 要： | 高职学生的综合素质评价是一项复杂的系统工程，本文在记实量化的基础上，利用多元统计方法对其进行评估。首先，利用主成分分析法对原始数据进行数学处理，求得根据各主成分、综合因子的得分，并进行了综合素质排名；再用系统聚类法中的离差平方和法对学生的综合素质进行定性评价，确定其所属等级。结果表明，提出的将定量分析与定性评价相结合方法，是一种科学、合理、有效的综合素质评价方法。 |
