| Abstract: | Relating to the instance of college of Great Wall Automobile,Agricultural University of Hebei,this paper discusses the school-enterprise cooperation advantages of the theoretical teaching and the practice from the personnel training goal,educational model,course content aspects and so on.Through the cooperation of the Agricultural University of Hebei and Great Wall Automobile,the graduates of automobile specialty go to the enterprise for practice for one year.Within one year,through different types of work in production,the students learn to utilize the theoretical knowledge in the practice.Through the school-enterprise cooperation,we greatly enhanced the student’s interest and practical ability,and built the solid foundation to train innovative talents of the industry. |
