Reform and proposals for professional skill-training for students of finance

With the social competition intensifying,the employment issues for the university graduates are becoming increasingly prominent.It is extremely necessary for the universities to deal with the issues that focus on how to improve the university students’ performing ability so that they are able to adapt the needs of employers as soon as possible.Combining the relevant questionnaires and personal teaching practice,the current issues occurred in the process of training on the professional skills for the undergraduates majored in finance have been explained and analyzed in this essay hereby.Besides,in order to improve the professional skills and comprehensive capabilities of undergraduates majored in finance,the relevant suggestions and recommendations for teaching innovation have been put forward,which involve five aspects,which includ training program,classroom teaching,laboratory construction,integrated platform establishment and certificate system.
