| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆是基于计算机技术的信息利用方式，它的应用使读者方便、快速地获取所需信息.从数字图书馆的概念、国内外数字图书馆的发展状况、图书馆员应接受的教育及存在的问题4个方面进行了分析和阐述，从而说明数字图书馆在社会上扮演着越来越重要的角色。

| Abstract: | Digital library is a tool of information based on computer technique. It is a way for the readers to obtain information conveniently and quickly. Digital library was analyzed and expatiated from its conception, development both home and abroad, education of librarian and problem. It proved that digital library is playing more and more important role in society. |
