以实事求是推动学习型党组织建设的理论思考

为了能够更好地完成建设学习型政党的战略目标,从中国共产党思想路线的内生性深度对学习型党组织建设问题进行了探讨。分析认为,实事求是不仅是中国共产党的思想路线,更是建设学习型党组织的思想和方法论基础,坚持实事求是的思想路线,就是坚持正确的思想方向和建设方法。此路线不仅指明了学习型党组织建设的立足点和客观基础,还提供了学习型党组织建设的检验尺度和现实归宿。

The theoretical thinking of constructing a learning party organization with seeking truth from facts

Chinese Communist Party is a party that insists on seeking truth from facts,and always pays attention to learning.Its ninety years of glorious history is a continuous learning process under the guidance of practical and realistic ideology.Enhancing learning is the practical indemnification for all the achievements obtained in the past and present and seeking truth from facts is the ideological and methodological basis.This paper researches the issues in constructing a learning party organization from the endogenous depth of the Chinese Communist Party’s ideological line and discusses how to promote the construction of the learning party organization with practical and realistic thoughts and methods.The result suggests that the ideological line of seeking truth from facts,as the judging standard and realistic destination,provides a foothold and objective basis for the construction of the learning party organization.
