| 摘 要： | 本文分析了农林类院校在高校竞争背景下的现实情况,探讨了农林类院校在生源竞争、资源竞争和地位竞争中的优势和劣势,挖掘了导致农林院校竞争力低下的深层原因,针对农林类院校发展提出明确自身定位、寻求特色发展、拓宽投资渠道和创新招生就业机制等方面的解决对策。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the real competition situation of the universities and colleges of agriculture and forestry,and discusses the advantage and disadvantage of competition among higher education candidates,materials and social position to find out the deep causes of low competitive force.According to the development of universities and colleges of agriculture and forestry,several solutions are put forward such as defining the self-position,seeking the development characteristics,widening investment channels and creating the new system for recruiting and employment. |
