| 摘 要： | 针对当前大学生公寓安全譬理工作中存在的问题，分析了这些问题产生的原因，并从健全公寓安全管理制度、提高公寓安全管理队伍专业化水平、创新公寓安全管理教育方法和加强公寓安全要素建设4个方面提出解决大学生公寓安全管理中存在问题的相应对策。

| Abstract: | The reasons of current problems in apartment security management for college students were discussed and analyzed,and four countermeasures were propounded for perfecting the apartment security management system,improving the professional level of the apartment security management team,innovating teaching methods and enhancing the construction of security elements about the apartment security management. |
