“语过天晴”工作平台下大学生素质培养的探索与实践

职业生涯教育、心理健康教育是加强大学生思想政治教育工作和促进大学生素质培养的重要组成部分。结合职业生涯教育存在的问题和当代大学生心理特点,在江西农业大学农学院创建的"语过天晴"工作平台背景下,探讨了新形势下高校夯实大学生素质培养体系,切实帮助大学生进行职业生涯规划、保障心理健康的新途径。

Exploration and practice in college students＂ quality training based on the ＂Sun Shines After Enlightenment＂ working platform

Professional career education and psychology health education are important components of ideological and political education among college students and the college students’ quality training system.According to the mental characteristics of contemporary college students and the problems in the college students’ career education,this paper develops a "Sun Shines After Enlightenment" platform in the College of Agronomy,Jiangxi Agricultural University as an example,and expounds the new ways to strengthen the construction of college students’ quality training system under the new situation,really help college students define their career goals and ensure their physical health.
