当代高校英语教师职业发展规划的探究

英语学科定位是我国当今外语界激烈争论的焦点,人们对此存在很大分歧。随着高校扩招和社会经济发展,复合型学科定位导致了诸多的问题。该文反思了英语学科的性质,重新定位了英语学科专业,指出英语学科应在人文主义定位的基础上,兼顾复合型学科定位,以发挥英语学科的特长,并不同层次地实现专业复合和跨学科。在英语学科重新定位的基础上,探寻了高校英语教师职业规划的创新模式,可有效促进高校外语教师队伍素质的全面提高,同时培养高校外语通才和复合型外语人才,以推动英语教育的可持续性发展。

Research on the professional development progress of college English teachers at present age

Nowadays,English disciplinary orientation is a hot debate in the field of foreign Languages.People have different viewpoints on this subject.With the development of economy and expansion of English major in Chinese colleges,there are more and more problems in the compound disciplinary orientation.The paper reorients the English disciplinary by rethinking the nature of English disciplinary,and suggests that based on the humanism orientation of English Disciplinary,importance should be attached to the development of compound disciplinary orientation in order to take advantages of English disciplinary to realize the interdisciplinary studies in varying fields.Furthermore,the innovative modes of college English teachers in occupation arrangement are explored on the basis of English disciplinary reorientation,which effectively facilitates the academic improvement of college English teachers,cultivates more versatile talents,and promotes the sustainable development of English education.
