农业信息网络体系建设的制约因素及对策探讨

分析了当今农业信息化发展现状，以及农业信息网络发展的制约因素：农业信息基础设施薄弱，农业信息缺乏，农业信息化专门人才缺乏，农业信息技术成果应用程度低，信息网络建设投入不足，人们对农业信息网络认识不足，农业生产方式的制约等。提出了加强农业信息网络体系建设的对策和措施：加强农业信息化基础设施建设；加强组织领导，为农业信息化建设提供领导保证；开展信息网络化宣传活动，提高农民对信息网络的认识；加快农业信息人才的培养；加强农业信息资源的整合，实现资源共享；培育和完善农村网络信息市场。
