| 摘 要： | 从高等院校新校区建设的重要性入手,分析了当前基本建设资金的现状。高等院校新校区建设资金需要多渠道筹资。通过对筹资的渠道以及筹资的方式的研究,并结合河北师大的特例,探讨了更有效的项目筹资方式。 |
