| 摘 要： | 阐述了艺术教育做为素质教育的重要组成部分，在实施素质教育中的重要性。并论述了作为一种多元综合的教育形式，与德、智、体、美、劳有着密切的关系，具有审美与非审美的双重功能，尤其应认识到艺术教育在对人的智慧、道德、情感、意志、品格和审美以及人类向更高的文明程度的发展上起着不可估量的作用。
