| Abstract: | In analyzing the times of promoting the military reform with chinese characteristics,based on the actual situation of our country′s development,the urgency of promoting the military reform with chinese characteristics is stressed by means of updating concept,innovating in military theory,striving to cultivate the high-quality and composite military talented person and actively promoting the construction of informational weapon and equipment systems,and so on.What has also been stressed is that it must be pertinent to promote military reform with Chinese characteristics. |
