| 摘 要： | 2005年9月1日,全国实行了新的《普通高校学生管理规定》,新《规定》主要发生了5方面的变化。认真学习、了解新规定是创新思想政治工作的前提。坚持以人为本,依法治校,加强对学生的宏观管理,实现高校思想政治工作的创新。
