邓小平教育思想初探

摘    要:邓小平在长期的革命和建设实践中,形成了丰富的深刻的教育思想:把教育摆在优先发展的战略地位,实施科教兴国战略;“三个面向”———我国教育改革和发展的战略指导方针,回答了教育要向何处发展的问题;发展我国的教育事业必须坚持社会主义办学方向,培养“四有新人”是邓小平教育理论的落脚点;教师是培养合格人才的关键。邓小平教育理论是新时期我国教育事业发展的指导思想,对于我们贯彻执行党和国家的教育方针,解决教育改革和发展中出现的新情况和新问题,具有十分重要的理论意义和现实意义。

Abstract:Deng Xiaoping's abundant and profound educational thought came into being in the long-term practice of revolution and construction.Deng Xiaoping's educational thoughts includes: putting education in a strategic position of preferential development and implement the strategic policy of developing our nation with the progress of science and education;"Three Directions to Face"-our country's trategic policy of educational reform and development which answers the question of educational developing direction;Developing our country's educational cause by sticking to socialistic orientation and the footing point as the goal of promoting People's comprehensive development and bringing forth a new generation of well-educated and self-disciplined people with lofty ideals and moral integrity and teachers' being the key of the bringing up of eligible person with ability.Deng Xiaoping's ideas about education is the guideline of the development of our country's educational cause in the new period which has very important academic and practical significance for us to carry out our educational guideline and solving the new instances and new problems emerging in the process of educational innovation and development.
