| 摘 要： | 为突出高职校园文化建设的优势和特色,对建设融合企业文化、富有职业特色、注重技能培养的＂职技型＂校园文化进行探讨。认为应借鉴优秀企业文化,吸纳先进企业制度,模拟企业真实情境,融合企业理念精神,在校园文化物质、精神、制度、行为各项建设中彰显特有的职业文化特色。

| Abstract: | In order to stress the advantages and main features of campus culture construction in vocational and technical colleges,＂Profession-skill-centered＂ culture should be built,combined with enterprise culture and professional characteristics.With advanced enterprise culture and system for reference,the simulation of real condition in the business and combination with their spirit and ideas,professional features can be shown in campus culture construction,in terms of material,spirit,system and behavior. |
