| 摘 要： | 农村科技服务和农业技术推广应用是当前农村科技工作效率的瓶颈。介绍了山西省农村科技服务体系建设的现状,分析了存在的问题,指出要提高效率,充分发挥科技的支撑和引领作用,整合科技资源势在必行;提出了以星火科技12396信息服务为纽带,建立"科技信息服务平台"、"农村科技服务机构"、"农村科技服务队伍"三位一体的科技服务体系,实现"目标明确、结构合理、功能完善、运行高效"的总体目标。

| Abstract: | Rural technology service and agricultural technology extension is important to improve rural Sci-Tech efficiency. In present paper current situation in construction of rural Sci-Tech system was introduced and the existing problems analysied. The conclusion is that it is imperative to rise efficiency, to play full supporting and leading role and to integrated Sci-Tech resources in Shanxi. Besides, combined with 12396 information service sponsored by Spark Science program, a three-in-one Sci-Tech service system, eg. Sci-Tech information service platform, rural Sci-Tech service organization and rural Sci-Tech service team, was planned to realize the final aim of precise goal, reasonable structure, sound function and effective operation. |
