镧对UV-C胁迫下番茄幼苗抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘    要:研究镧(La3+)对UV-C辐射胁迫下番茄幼苗抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,UV-C胁迫降低了番茄幼苗SOD和POD活性,增加了膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量;La3+对UV-C胁迫下番茄幼苗SOD和POD活性有显著的正调控作用;与单一UV-C胁迫组相比,番茄幼苗SOD活性平均增加了38.03%,POD活性平均增加了20.43%,MDA含量平均降低了18.63%,表明La3+有效防止了番茄幼苗细胞膜脂过氧化作用,一定程度上缓解了番茄幼苗膜系统的伤害。综合比较得出,30 mg/LLaCl3对番茄幼苗的防护作用好于60 mg/LLaCl3。

Abstract:Effect of La3+ to the activities of antioxidant enzyme in tomato seedling was examined under the UV-C radiation stress in greenhouse.The results showed that the UV-C stress decreased the activities of SOD and POD in tomato seedling leaves and increased the content of membrane lipid peroxidation products MDA.La3+ showed significantly regulatory effects to the activities of SOD and POD in tomato seedling under the UV-C radiation stress.Mean 38.03% SOD activity was increased by La3+,the POD activity 20.43% and...
