植物高光效基因工程研究进展

摘    要:高光效育种是培育高产品种的新途径。随着生物技术的发展,通过转基因改善C3植物的光合效率进而提高产量成为植物高光效育种的研究热点。综述了C4碳同化途径的特点及其利用C4途径关键酶基因提高C3植物光合效率方面的研究进展,指出植物高光效基因工程面临的挑战。
