摘    要:为筛选并优化用于防治葡萄白腐病的混合拮抗菌工业生长的最优培养基,试验选择复合诱变得到的枯草芽孢杆菌PT2′,与具有较高拮抗能力的广谱拮抗菌QM34混合培养,以吸光值与抑菌圈大小为标准,筛选最佳培养基;进而在确定的培养基配方中加入少量的MnS,观察其对混合菌株发酵液拮抗能力的影响。结果表明,玉米粉液体培养基对混合发酵液中的菌数和发酵液的拮抗能力均有较强的促进作用,确定其最佳配比为:玉米粉150.0 g/L,α-淀粉酶1.5 g/L,糖化酶1.1 g/L,CO(NH2)2 5.0 g/L,KH2PO4 5.0 g/L。低质量浓度MnS可以提高混合菌株的拮抗能力。

Abstract:To screen and optimize the optimal medium in industrial growth of the mixed inhibitory action for prevention and control of grape white rot,Bacillus subtilis PT2′was chozen and mixing cultured with QM34,which is a broad-spectrum antagonistic strain to foster.Using the target of the OD value and antibacterial circle size to get the optimal medium;Then MnS with low consistency was added into the quondam culture medium to observe its influence to the antagonistic ability of the mixed bacterial strain.The results were as the following: Corn flour fluid culture could improve the viable counts of fermentation broth and the antagonistic ability.The best ratio relation was: corn flour 150.0 g/L,α-amylase 1.5 g/L,diastatic enzyme 1.1 g/L,CO(NH2)2 5.0 g/L,KH2PO4 5.0 g/L;The low consistency MnS could enhance the antagonistic ability of the mixed bacterial strain.
