干旱胁迫对小麦生理指标的影响

摘    要:采用盆栽试验研究了不同水分处理下小麦4个生育期旗叶的光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度3个生理指标的变化。结果表明,轻、中度干旱胁迫对抗旱品种长6878旗叶光合等生理指标影响较小,其变化趋势与对照相近;在严重干旱胁迫条件下,旗叶生理指标明显低于对照和轻、中度干旱处理。

Abstract:Pot experiment was carried out to study the photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of wheat under drought stress.The results showed that the photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of Chang 6878 decreased slightly under light and middle water stress treatments and its change trend was similar to that of the control.Under serious drought stress physiological indexes of flag leaf were significantly lower than these in the control and light or medium drought tre...
