摘    要:将高粱的DNA导入水稻品种内,子代的遗传性状发生了明显变异,经过多代选育,获得了遗传稳定的材料。运用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法,对供体、受体和稳定材料进行酯酶同工酶分析,稳定材料出现了杂合酶带和1条受体所没有的酶带,该酶带同供体父本上的带相似。结果表明,稳定材料获得了高粱的遗传物质,并能稳定遗传。

Abstract:The genetic characteristics of filial generations of rice evidently varies by injecting sorghum DNA into it. Through the breeding of multiple generations we obtained the stabilizing materials with genetic stability. Esterase isozyme of the donor, donee and new lines are analyzed with the method of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Heterozygous enzyme - band appeared in the stabilizing materials, and an enzyme - band is also appeared which the bonee has not but similar to it in donor. The result shows that the stabilizing materials obtained the genetic material of sorghum and can stably inherit.
