| 摘 要： | 以大花萱草"黄绣客"为试材,研究了培养基中不同成分、光照强度和封口膜的透气性对"黄绣客"愈伤组织玻璃化的影响。结果表明:适当提高琼脂和蔗糖质量浓度,降低硝酸铵以及激素质量浓度,能有效降低"黄绣客"玻璃化现象,激素质量浓度是影响"黄绣客"玻璃化的主要因素;能够有效降低"黄绣客"玻璃化的培养基为MS+BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L+琼脂7g/L+蔗糖50g/L+硝酸铵400mg/L;培养期间增强封口膜的透气性和光照强度也能有效降低玻璃化。 |
