摘    要:土地的盐碱化严重制约了现代农业的发展。就盐胁迫对植物的伤害,植物耐盐机制,盐胁迫下植物的信号转导,植物耐盐基因工程的现状、问题和展望进行了综述。

Abstract:The land salination has restricted the modem agriculture seriously. The influence of salt stress, the salt-tolerance mechanisms and the signal transduction in plants were summarized in this report and the present situation, problems and prospects of gene engineering in plants under salt stress was reviewed.
