| 摘 要： | 土地整理的综合效益分析是土地整理理论及实践研究的一个重要组成部分。它不仅是土地整理项目规划方案比选的主要依据,而且对土地整理实践活动的顺利进行起重要的指导作用。根据研究区的自然和社会经济条件以及土地利用状况,对土地开发整理项目进行了社会效益、生态效益及经济效益分析。
