| 摘 要： | 通过对不同苹果品种间多酚物质含量差异的比较分析,研究了影响物料粒度、料液比、pH值、提取温度、提取时间等因素对苹果多酚提取效率的影响,为充分开发利用苹果多酚提供工程学依据。
