摘    要:为了探究胶东卫矛的耐盐机理,以1年生胶东卫矛为材料,用不同浓度NaCl,Na2SO4和NaCl+Na2SO4复合盐溶液对其进行处理,观测分析光合作用的变化规律。试验结果表明,在盐胁迫下,胶东卫矛叶片的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度均随盐浓度升高而降低;叶片胞间CO2浓度呈先降低后升高的规律。盐胁迫的不同时期,抑制胶东卫矛光合作用的主要因素不同,胁迫前期光合速率下降的主要原因在于气孔限制,后期为非气孔因素。

Abstract:To understand salt tolerance mechanism to Euonymus kiautschoicus loes ,this experiment took one-year-old Eu-onymus kiautschoicus loes seeding as materials ,the effects of salt stress on photosynthesis influence of Euonymus kiautschoicus loes treated with NaCl, Na2SO4 and NaCl + Na2SO4 at different concentration were observed and analyzed.
