小叶锦鸡儿花粉母细胞减数分裂染色体行为观察

采用细胞学方法对小叶锦鸡儿减数分裂进行了观察,结果表明:①小叶锦鸡儿减数分裂进程有一定的规律,与花蕾大小、花萼形态、花药色泽有密切关系。②所试材料减数分裂染色体行为表现正常,细胞质是同时型分裂。③小叶锦鸡儿减数分裂进程上存在差异,同一植株的不同花蕾花粉母细胞减数分裂时期表现不同步性,同一花蕾的不同花药表现一定的同步性。

Observations on the Meiosis of Pollen Mother Cell in Caragana Microphylla Lam

The meiosis of caragana mother cell were studied by the method of cell genetics.The results suggested:①Certain regularity existed in the stages of meiosis of Caragana pollen mother cell and the stages were closely correlated with the bud size,calyces form and the variation of anther color.②The process in meiosis of pollen mother cell in Caragana microphylla Lam might be basically normal,cytoplasm divide simultaneity.③The difference in stages of meiosis existed among the different bud of Caragana microphylla Lam.The same in stages of meiosis existed among the same bud.
