摘    要:在自然降温过程中,以4种彩叶植物为试材,对一年生休眠枝相对电导率、游离脯氨酸、丙二醛(MDA)及可溶性蛋白质含量变化进行测定,初步探讨了它们与抗寒性的相关性。结果表明,11月至翌年2月间,各项指标均升高,3月份略有降低。综合4种因素可以判断出,4种彩叶植物抗寒性强弱依次为:紫叶矮樱>美国红栌>元宝枫>鸡爪槭。

Abstract:By surveying the electrolyte leakage, the dissociated proline, MDA and soluble protein of the one-year-old dormant branch of four specious of color leafed plants under temperature falling, the author found the relationship between these 4 factors and their tolerance to coldness. The result showed every index was increase from November to February, but they were slightly decrease in March. It is concluded from comprehension of these 4 factors that the concentration of the electrolyte leakage, dissociated proline and the concent of MDA could be used as indexes to judge their cold-resistance.
