适令结果芒果树整形修剪方法初探

根据在尼日利亚东北区Bauchi市的Sahilian农场芒果园试验情况的整理,初步提出了在与其相类似的生态区域上,基本的修剪方法和修剪的时期,即第一次修剪(以整形为主要目的的修剪)安排在采果后至7月中旬为宜;第二次修剪(以促花为主要目的的修剪)在9月份为宜。为了保证第一次修剪(即以整形为主要目的的修剪)有充足的时间,应从芒果采收期开始,先进行打头——即对树体上部偏旺的大枝及时缩剪,并用弱枝当头,过密的疏除,减弱其顶端优势。在采果完成后及时进行两侧及树体中、下部的修剪,这时的修剪应撑握:过密的疏除,衰弱的在向下生长处缩剪,有空间的枝条适当短截(以促发枝条,占据空间),偏长的内膛枝扭曲,对生长适中的斜生中、长枝多行缓放(以促其形成结果母枝)。同时应注意结果枝组的培养,增加枝条的级次。第二次修剪应及在9月份进行,这次修剪的主要目的是抑制晚秋梢(10～11月发的梢)的发育,促使其枝条停止生长,促进花芽分化。主要手法是进行适宜部位的环割,配合疏除部份强旺枝条及过密的枝条,对所发的新梢适当抹芽,内膛生长势偏旺的枝长进行拧枝。
