晨雨生物有机肥对枸杞的增产效应

摘    要:通过小区试验,研究了晨雨生物有机肥对枸杞千粒质量、产量、品质、发病率、植物学性状以及土壤微生物区系和酶活性的影响。结果表明:施用晨雨生物有机肥的枸杞千粒质量最高,分别比等基质发酵肥料、商品有机肥和空白对照高18.1,2.7,33.2 g;枸杞产量也是施用晨雨生物有机肥的最高,分别比等基质发酵肥料、商品有机肥和空白对照高624,564,1 341 kg/hm2;施用晨雨生物有机肥,枸杞常见病的发病率最低,且枸杞品质、植物学性状以及土壤微生物区系和酶活性均有不同程度的改善和提高。由此可见,晨雨生物有机肥作为一种优质高效肥料可以大面积推广使用,有着良好的经济效益和生态效益。

Abstract:Plot experiments were carried out to study the effects of Chenyu biological organic fertilizers(CYF)on thousand grain weigh(tTGW),yields,quality,disease incidence,botanical characteristics,soil microflora and enzymes of wolfberry.The results were showed as follows:the highest TGW of wolfberry was obtained under CYF,and the TGW under isosubstrate cultured fertilizer,commercial organic fertilizer and CK were 18.1,2.7 and 33.2 g lower than under CYF respectively;the highest yield of wolfberry was obtained under CYF,and yields under isosubstrate cultured fertilizer,commercial organic fertilizer and CK were 624,564 and 1 341 kg/hm^2 lower than under CYF respectively;the lowest disease incidence of wolfberry was obtained under CYF;the quality,botanical characteristics of wolfberry and soil microflora and enzymes were improved by CYF application.Therefore,CYF is an optimal fertilizer which should be popularized.
