摘    要:利用外引种质,采用F1复合双交,是一个简便、快速、有效的选育玉米自交系的方法。利用这种方法成功地选育出了早熟优良玉米自交系同303。再利用山西省农业科学院谷子研究所玉米自交系长453作母本、同303作父本,育成高产大穗型早熟玉米杂交种同单36号,突破了现有4大血缘的局限,以金皇后血缘材料和美国先锋血缘材料进行杂交,建立了金皇后×P群的新模式。

Abstract:Using exotic germplasm and compound double cross between F1 generation was a simple,quick and effective method in maize inbred lines breeding. The early maturing maize inbred line (Tong No.303)was obtained by this method. The maize inbred line (Chang 453) from Millet Institute, Shanxi Academy of Agricuhural Sciences was directly utilized.The high yield large-ear and early-maturing maize single-cross variety Tongdan 36 was bred by inbred-line Chang 453 (female) and Tong 303 (male).It built new heterotic pattern and broke through four heterotic groups limitation now. The heterotic pattern used was Golden-queen X Xianfeng in American( Golden-queen X P group).
