高粱非买罗细胞质A_2,A_3,A_4,A_5,A_6,9E雄性不育系研究

摘    要:高粱7个不同胞质核质互作雄性不育系统间育性反应各不相同,其败育程度A1最为彻底,其余依次为A5,A6,A2,9E,A4。A3胞质不育性表现最强,其次为9E,A4,不育程度按照A1→A6→A5→A2→A4→9E→A3的顺序逐步增高,育性恢复也按同样顺序愈来愈困难。研究认为,除目前利用的A1,A2细胞质雄性不育系外,A5,A6,A33个胞质可用于高粱育种和生产。中国高粱恢复系(A2恢复系)对A5,A6仍有较强的恢复力,可直接用于A5,A6系统杂交种选育,印度种质可用于A5不育系、保持系选育,中国高粱资源可用于A3不育系、保持系选育。A1,A2,A5,A6,A3胞质的利用,可最大限度地解除核质互作限制,极大地丰富杂交种选配范围及其遗传基础。

Study on the Cytoplasmic Sterility System A_1,A_2, A_3, A_4,A_5,A_6, 9E in Sorghum
Abstract:The 7 Sorghum genetic-cytoplsmic male sterile lines varied in the male sterility reaction, among which pollen abortion of A1 was most complete. The rank of pollen abortion for other sterile lines was A5,A6, A2, 9E, A4, and A3. The male sterility of A3 was most difficult to restore, then came the 9E, A4, A2, A5, A6 and A1. The study suggested that in addition to A1 and A2 male sterile lines. A5, A6 and A3 are very useful in sorghum breeding and production.The restore lines from China (A2 resore lines) show high restore fertility to A5 and A6, which could be used for hybrid selection with A5 and A6, India genetic resources were maintain male sterile to the F1 produced when crossed to A5. The cytoplasm of A3 can exploit China genetic resources in breeding program to select A3 male sterile lines. By using A1, A2, A5, A6 and A3 male sterile system, the restriction of genetic-cytoplasm will be eliminated greatly.Genetic background and range of hybrids will be rich.
