产志贺毒素EHEC国内分离株Stx2基因的克隆及生物信息学分析

摘    要:通过对来源于人和牛粪的EHEC的Stx2基因的克隆,并利用生物信息学方法对3株菌Stx2基因的序列进行分析,结果表明:EHEC94H的Stx2序列与标准株Stx2,Stx2c,Stx2d核苷酸序列同源分别为99.8%,99.5%,90.9%,EHEC 042的Stx2序列与标准株Stx2,Stx2c,Stx2d核苷酸序列同源性分别为98.9%,98.9%,90.5%,EHEC 094的Stx2序列与标准株Stx2,Stx2c,Stx2d核苷酸序列同源性分别为97.9%,98.0%,87.1%。

Abstract:The Stx2 gene of EHEC from cow and human dung were cloned and 3 bacteria Stx2 gene sequences were analyzed with bioinformatics methods.The results showed that: the similarity of Stx2 in EHEC 94H was 89%,85%and 84%,compared with corresponding sequences in Stx2,Stx2c and Stx2d,respectively;the similarity of Stx2 in EHEC 042 was 98.9%,98.9%,90.5% compared with corresponding sequences in Stx2,Stx2c and Stx2d respectively;and the similarity of Stx2 in EHEC 094 was 97.9%,98.0%,87.1% compared with corresponding se...
