玉米EMS诱变材料的抗旱性筛选

摘    要:采用玉米幼苗期PEG干旱胁迫法,以失水速率、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量和脯氨酸含量为生理测试指标,对由玉米自交系郑58经EMS诱变选择的15个种质材料进行了抗旱性筛选及综合评价。结果表明,15种诱变材料中,Y1010-2和Y1027-1各项生理指标均明显优于对照品种及其他供试材料,是抗旱性较好的2个新种质。

Abstract:15 corn mutants induced form Zheng 58 by EMS were screened using water loss rate,MDA content,soluble sugar content and proline content as the index of drought-resistance when the seedling stressed under PEG.The results showed Y1010-2 and Y1027-1 had higher drought-resistance than the control and the other tested maize materials.
