锌离子浓度对滴水观音生长和生理特性的影响

摘    要:采用营养液培养方法,研究了Zn2+对滴水观音生长的影响。结果显示,低浓度Zn2+可提高滴水观音叶绿素的合成,促进植株生长,但叶片丙二醛、超氧自由基含量变化不明显;高浓度Zn2+则使植株叶绿素含量迅速降低,植株生长缓慢,而叶片丙二醛含量和超氧自由基含量却迅速增加,且变化十分明显。

Abstract:The influence of Zn2+ on Alocasia macrorrhiza was studied by nutrient solution breeding.The result showed that Zn2+ of low concentration could improve chlorophyl synthesis and promote growth of the plants.But the content of malondialdehyde and superoxide free radical in leaves did not change obviously.Zn2+ of high concentration could decrease the content of chlorophyl in the plants and the growth of plants slowed down,but the content of malondialdehyde in leaves increased quickly.The content of superoxide f...
