| 摘 要： | 扁桃是营养成分高度浓缩的木本油料植物,有食用、药用和工业使用价值。适应性广,抗逆性强,在北纬30°～45°的地区均可栽培。扁桃仁市场缺口大,经济效益高,有极高的经济开发价值。

| Abstract: | Almond is a kind of woody oil plant with rich nutrition. Almond fruit has great values on food industry, medicine manufacture and industry. It is so highly adaptable and strong stress resistant that it can be cultivated in the areas from 30° through 40°of north latitude. Nowadays, it has been greatly demanded by domestic market. Therefore, with its stable development, it will be of benefit to both farmers and consumers. |
