高温胁迫对华北落叶松幼苗抗氧化酶的影响

摘    要:通过在35℃、39℃、43℃高温处理下,研究了华北落叶松幼苗热胁迫生理生化反应。结果表明,高温胁迫下华北落叶松幼苗MDA含量总体呈上升趋势。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)呈先升后降的变化趋势,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性呈下降趋势。这说明高温胁迫初期,华北落叶松幼苗通过提高SOD和POD酶的活性调节自身的适应机制。

Abstract:Under simulated environment of 35℃、39℃、43℃,the physiological and biochemical responses of L.principis-rupprechtii leaves in heat stress conditions were investigated.The result showed the content of MDA were tended to rise.And the acitvity of SOD and POD rose first,and then dropped with the duration time.The activity of CAT tended to drop continuously.It suggested that CAT was very sensitive in heat stress and SOD and POD may strengthen heat-resistance of L.principis-rupprechtii leaves.
