大白菜变异株嫩茎、幼叶愈伤组织培养和花、子房离体培养的研究

摘    要:通过对一株大白菜变异株(图1)的嫩茎、幼叶进行愈伤组织培养和对变异花(图2,下文中简称为花)、膨大的子房(图3,花蕾展开后20 d,下文中简称为子房)进行离体培养,以期得到再生植株。试验结果表明,嫩茎、幼叶未能成功诱导出不定芽,花及子房较易诱导产生不定芽。

Abstract:In this test spear and leaves of the mutant Chinese cabbage(Photo 1)were callus tissue cultured and the mutant flowers(Photo 2,hereinafter referred to as flower),enlargement of the ovaries(Photo 3,20 days after the start of buds,hereinafter referred to as the ovary) were cultured in vitro,to get the regeneration plants.The test results showed that the spear and leaves failed to induce adventitious buds and the flowers and ovary were easier to induce adventitious buds.
