摘    要:采用人工接种鉴定方法,评价了84份玉米自交系对丝黑穗病的抗病性,依据发病株率将抗病程度分为高抗、抗、中抗、感病和高感5个等级。试验筛选出高抗自交系11份,抗病自交系10份,中抗自交系17份,并讨论了新抗病系的选育以及现有抗病系的合理利用问题。

Abstract:84 maize inbred copies were evaluated for their resistance to maize head smart by artificial inoculating.According to the percentage of the diseased plants,the infected plants on a scale was distinguished as highly resistant,resistant,moderately resistant,susceptible and highly susceptible.The results showed that 11 copies were high resistant;17 resistant and 10 moderately resistant,and discussion was made about the selection of new resistant lines and reasonable application of these existing resistant lines.
