小麦黄矮病抗性遗传研究

摘    要:采用 3× 4不完全双列杂交 ,对抗黄矮病性母本和丰产性父本的组合效应进行了黄矮病抗性遗传研究。结果表明 :①亲本的一般配合力效应与特殊配合力效应正向相关 ,而一般配合力效应更具重要性 ;②黄矮病抗性遗传符合加性—显性遗传模型 ,以加性基因效应占绝对优势 ,遗传决定度高达 97 6 8% ,狭义遗传力为 90 3%。

Abstract:By adopting 3×4not complete diallel, hybridizing effects were explored on heredity BYDV resistance that maternal plants of BYDV resistance and male parents of fertility. Results showed that: ⑴general combining ability (GCA) of parents were positively correlated with specific combining ability (SCA), and GCA was more important; ⑵ the heredity of BYDV resistance was additive-dominant genetic model, and additive effects were in dominant. Its heredity decisive reached 97.68%, and its narrow heredity ability was 90.3%.
